Estate Office, Welfare Wing, S&GAD allots / exchanges Government residences available at the pool of S&GAD at GORs I to VI and Government Colonies i.e. Wahdat Colony, Chauburji Garden Estate, Poonch House Colony, Huma Block, Allama Iqbal Town, P&D Colony, Joher Town, Lahore under the Allotment Policy of S&GAD 1997 (amended upto 2018) to the eligible candidates on merit. It maintains a general waiting list for allotments on first come first serve basis and the same is also updated on the website.
