2. Administrative & HR Responsibilities
- Manages budgetary, operational, and HR matters of BS-01 to BS-17 in the Anti-Corruption Establishment Punjab (ACE).
- Oversees cases where ACS Punjab serves as the Appellate Authority.
3. Public Service & Governance
- Handles cases related to:
- PM Citizen Portal (PMCP)
- CS Task Management
- Civil Awards
- Drug License Appeals
- Right to Information Act cases
- Manages general complaints and references from Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC).
4. Coordination & Meetings
- Acts as a liaison between the ACS Office and allied offices (both superior and subordinate).
- Oversees board meetings, court cases, and official meetings.

The Additional Secretary (Coordination) serves as a key administrative liaison to the Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), ensuring the efficient management and execution of critical functions. This role encompasses oversight of matters related to the Punjab Government Servants Benevolent Fund Board (PGSBF), Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), Punjab Government Servants Housing Foundation (PGSHF), and Punjab Overseas Pakistanis Commission (POPC). Additionally, it includes supervising budgetary, operational, and human resource affairs for BS-01 to BS-17 within the Anti-Corruption Establishment Punjab (ACE).
The AS (Coord) is responsible for managing appeals and administrative matters under the purview of the ACS Punjab, which includes cases related to the PM Citizen Portal (PMCP), CS Task Management, Civil Awards, Drug License Appeals, and the Right to Information Act. The role also involves addressing public grievances, processing references from the Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC), and ensuring the timely resolution of routine governance matters.
A core function of the Coordination Wing is to facilitate communication and collaboration between the ACS Office and allied institutions, ensuring the smooth execution of government policies and initiatives. It also plays a crucial role in coordinating board meetings, court cases, and official proceedings, ensuring that decisions and policies are effectively implemented.
